Registration Procedure

  • Application Procurement: The formal institutional Admission Form must be procured directly from the school reception for the desired grade level.
  • Accuracy of Information: The application form must be meticulously completed, ensuring all necessary personal, academic, and contact details are fully furnished. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
  • Early Years Interaction (Pre-Primary to Class II): Direct admission for Pre-Primary through Class II is granted based on an interactive session with the child and their parents, focusing on developmental readiness.
  • Assessment Matrix (Classes III to IX): Admission to Classes III through IX requires candidates to clear a comprehensive written Entrance Test.
  • Examination Syllabus: The screening test formally assesses competencies in English, Science, Mathematics, and Hindi. The evaluation blueprint is strictly based on the core curriculum of the student's preceding academic grade.
  • Merit-Based Allocation: Final seat allocation is strictly determined by the candidate’s performance in the entrance assessment, followed by an interview round. All admissions remain subject to sectional seat availability.
  • Institutional Reserved Seats: In alignment with school policies, designated quotas are reserved for staff children, alumni cases, formal structural transfers, scholarship awardees, defense personnel, healthcare workers, and direct siblings.

Admission Parameters for Senior Secondary (Class XI)

  • Board Performance Criteria: Admission into Class XI is highly selective and strictly contingent upon the candidate’s final Class X Board Examination scores. Stream allocation and subject choices will align with their proven academic performance.
  • Mandatory Counselling: Final approval is granted only after a structured, mandatory evaluation and academic counseling session involving the student, parents, and the institutional counseling board. The school administration holds absolute final authority on stream allocation.

Admission Rules & Regulations

  • Provisional Status: Upon qualifying for the initial screening stages, the student will be granted a Provisional Admission valid for exactly one week. Parents must finalize all structural fees and submit the required documentation within this window to secure permanent enrollment.

Mandatory Documentation Checklist

  • Duly filled and signed the Admission Application Form.
  • Official Academic Progress Report Card from the last school attended.
  • Three recent passport-size colored photographs of the candidate.
  • Original countersigned Transfer Certificate (TC).
  • Official Migration Certificate (applicable only for students transitioning from outside the regional board or state jurisdictions).

Age Eligibility Criteria for Pre-Primary Enrollment

  • Nursery: 3 Years and above (as of the standard academic session cutoff date)
  • KG I: 4 Years and above
  • KG II: 5 Years and above
